Natural Bridges State Beach in Santa Cruz.
(a town we totally wish we could afford to live in, but probably never will)
we walked down this boardwalk in a eucalyptus grove...
and we saw these:
it's monarch butterfly migration time. it was neat to see. they fluttered above us in the trees and we pointed and whispered.
can't wait to take my bro ben here when he comes to visit for christmas.

Beautiful!!! We wish we could visit you guys - you're truly living in a dreamland! Did you get a fancy-ancy camera and lens? Those photos are amazing! Glad you guys get to enjoy the beauty together!
I'm so glad Ben's coming to visit for Christmas! I've got to admit, I'm a little jealous.
Also, I've always wanted to see those butterflies in migration. That must have breathtaking!
